• Put the products you want to buy in the shopping cart. You can now look at the detailed shopping cart and remove items.
• When you have ordered the products you want, click on ”Go to checkout” in the upper right.
• There you can fill in your names and address details etc.
• Choose the right freight alternative
• You will be billed in Swedish Kronor even if the prices are displayed in other currency. But that you will clearly be stated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct information against any errors on the website.
• When the purchase is completed, an order confirmation will be received by mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact SM Sport to secure the order.
• After completing your purchase, feel free to leave a review of SM Sport on Google or Facebook.

PAYMENT TERMS

Card payment

When you shop at the english version of SM Sport you only pay by card (Visa, Mastercard).

The money is reserved on your card at time of purchase and your credit card is finally charged when the item is delivered.

GIFT VOUCHER

Gift certificates issued by SM Sport can be used as payment even in the webshop. Enter the gift card number and amount in the text field when you arrive at the checkout. We then deduct the value of the gift card on your payment. Preferably use Ecster as a payment method when dealing with gift cards. We want you to send the physical gift cards within 7 days, otherwise we will send an invoice at the corresponding amount.

ORDER Norway

Swedish VAT is deducted on the purchase, so that the customer pays the sales tax in Norway on arrival. A customs fee may apply.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND SHIPPING COSTS

Customer orders are usually sent the next day, or if order are placed before 13:00 Swedish time, we send the same day. Exception:
• If we have announced longer delivery times due to holidays on the website.
• The product is from the order range. This is stated in the order
• Should the product be temporarily out of stock, we will contact the customer.

Freight costs

Orders to a Swedish address:

• SEK 35 is charged for purchases up to SEK 700

Orders to an EU address (Exept Denmark and Finland)

• Under €150 we charge €9,95

Orders to Denmark and Finland

• Under €100 we charge €5

Orders to Norway

• 180SEK

Cost for VAT and customs may apply in own country.

Returns

By law, you have 14 days to return. But to make you feel confident in evaluating your purchase, we give an extra 30 days of exchange / return policy. Applies only to unused goods. The return shipping is paid by the buyer.

REFUND

Repayment of an order takes place as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your return. When repaying to a card, the payment is only made to the card you used for the purchase

SM Sport reserves the right, in the event of any errors, we can correct this in retrospect. We reserve the right for price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, technical specifications changes and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
