U Recover is our recovery drink with a smooth, soft chocolate flavor. 1-2 scoops are mixed in 250-500ml of water and consumed directly after physical activity to accelerate the re-insertion of muscle glycogen and deliver full protein to provide all the necessary building blocks to the muscles.

U Recover also contains Glutamine which in research, along with carbohydrates and protein directly after exercise has been shown to reduce the risk of colds / infections in athletes by strengthening the immune system which is impaired in the coming hours after exercise. So U Recover is carefully assembled to give you the benefits of quickly restoring your body after training and thus being able to get in more qualitative training, or just not feeling as worn out the day after.

The protein in U Recover is based on a carefully balanced amount of soy protein isolate + pea protein + BCAA which together gives the protein the same complete amino acid composition as whey protein which is considered "golden standard" when it comes to optimal protein. The source of carbohydrate is maltodextrin that quickly replenishes your muscles. We have also added black currant powder that contains plenty of anthocyanin which has proven to help with the recovery. Last but not least, U Recover also adds salts and minerals which you lose during activity. In short, U Recover suffices before aiming for a proper meal.
